Extremely friendly staff and host. Good setting, just off the cathedral, Bologna town centre and main tourist attractions, and train station and all the main sites.

Everything was absolutely perfect and the rooms were clean. The staff was affable and welcoming.

Lovely setting to enjoy. The staff here were incredibly friendly and kind, they helped us out with anything we needed. The check-in process was super welcoming. Plus, having a kitchenette in the apartment was a great perk! And being able to see the courtyard from our place was a nice touch. 😊

Everything was excellent, I truly enjoyed amazingly comfortable rooms. It was located in a very quite area near to main sights, Bologna which is an unspoilt and undiscovered gem and the main attractions or spots, Welcoming staff made me feel welcome. I had friendly check-in.

This place has an incredible location near public transportation, city attractions, and the historic center, with a very professional staff and the best host ever.

All in all, it is useful base for staying in Bologna. The place is next to the surrounding area and the main square and sites. The staff is welcoming and the food was fab. Would stay there again and bring our family next time.

We had an exceptional stay at our chosen accommodation. the location was perfect, close to the city center and within walking distance of main attractions. the staff was very welcoming and always available to assist us. the apartment itself was clean, quiet, and convenient. We had all the amenities we needed, including a well, equipped bathroom and comfortable living space. the option of chargeable parking was a bonus.

The check, in process was a bit frustrating as we had to provide our ID information via WhatsApp, which wasn't ideal. there were a few minor issues, like the lack of attention to certain details, such as missing an iron and ice cube tray.

We had a great experience staying for 3 nights, the staff was welcoming and courteous, and we appreciated the amenities such as the safe box, sofa bed, and central heating.

The host ensured I had a great stay. It was nice to have a bidet in the room. The kitchenette was really convenient. I could easily walk to Bar Pasticceria Miki in just 5 minutes to enjoy coffee and treats.
